The Family Reunification Program (FRP) provides an intensive, individualized, therapeutic intervention approach that addresses any services and supports a family requires to bring children home from out of home placement and keep them home or in a permanent family for good.

A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field required. Two years working with youth and families preferred. Maturity and temperament to effectively work with children and their families in a fair, consistent and compassionate way required.
Knowledge of Trauma Informed Care a plus.

Family Reunification Program Team to serve families in the Eastern Upper Peninsula whose children are returning from out-of-home placement. The program is an intensive in-home service designed to provide the services and support that will help families thrive and stay together forever.
The team consists of six staff. Three staff with master’s degrees in human services, preferably social work:
Program Manager, 8 hours per week
Supervisor, 20 hours per week
Team leader, full-timeThe Program Manager & Supervisor are also required to have administrative and clinical experience. The Team leader is required to have one year in-home clinical experience in child welfare.
Two Family Workers (one full-time, one half-time) with bachelor’s degrees in human services, preferably social work.
