Adoption

Myths

Bringing new families together to last a lifetime.

Adoption is a lifelong commitment to a child and a wonderful way to build your family. The U.P. KIDS Adoption program seeks parents wishing to provide a permanent home to a child. These families are as diverse as the children needing homes. Adoptive families offer the security, sense of belonging and unconditional love that children need. Successful families are caring people ready to make a lifelong commitment to a child.

The primary goal of U.P. KIDS Adoption Services is to match and place children with adoptive parents who can provide a secure and nurturing environment where that child can progress mentally, physically and socially. Adoptive children need the safety and security of a permanent loving home. Adoptive families can provide that home and the stability they deserve. Children of all ages can be adopted, including older children and teenagers. Children needing adoptive homes are like any other child, each with their own special personality, abilities, interests and potential. Adoptive families make a lifelong commitment to nurture the child’s well-being, encourage their potential and develop their abilities.
